Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 500g biscuit
  • 250g butter
  • 300ml milk
  • 100g ground hazelnuts
  • 300g icing sugar
  • 500g currants
  • necessary to achieve the following:
  • whipped cream for decoration
  • over caramel sauce or chocolate

Directions

  1. Milk, pour over the biscuit and stir well. Combine butter with powdered sugar and whisk mixer. In a bowl combine egg soaked biscuits and butter, add rum and ground hazelnuts and stir well to get a compact mass. Prepared mass divided into two parts. In one part add the melted chocolate, and other well-filtered ribizle.Tepsiju covered with parchment paper, first pour the chocolate filling and flatten, and then apply and filling with cranberry and also aligned. Cake to put to rest in the refrigerator before cutting to the thighs. Whisk cream and decorate a cake normally. Apply some of the toppings, if desired and serve cake.
