Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cocoa
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Put into cup cake pans, filling 2/3 full. Mix: 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 ounce chocolate chipsTop each cake with 1 tbsp of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min or possibly till dry on top.
