Ingredients

  • 1 x 9 inch crumb crust
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. Blueberry pie filling

Directions

  1. Put water and gelatin in small saucepan. Place over direct heat and stir till dissolved or possibly mix is clear. In medium size bowl, combine, condensed lowfat milk and lemon juice. Stir in gelatin mix.
  2. Mix in lowfat sour cream. Fold in 1-1/4 c. of the pie filling. Turn into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hrs. Then garnish pie top with remaining chilled pie filling.
