Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2/3 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. nuts, minced

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Mix only to moisten. Mix in nuts.Bake in greased loaf pan (9 x 5-inch) for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
