Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pkt (6 ounce) Craisins Sweetened Dry Cranberries
- 2/3 c. White or possibly semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. Using an electric mixer, beat butter or possibly margarine and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs; mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl. Add in to butter mixer in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Craisins Sweetened Dry Cranberries and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 2 dozen.
- Craisins are made by Ocean Spray. I got this recipe right off the bag. They are good cookies and I just love to eat them plain.
