  • 1 can (8 ounce.) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c. Maple syrup
  • 1 x Fully-cooked (8 lb.) whole boneless ham

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and maple syrup. Cook mix over medium heat till sauce is smooth, whisking frequently. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till thermometer registers 135 to 140. Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 min of baking time.
  2. Makes 24 servings.
