Ingredients
- 2 c. Cracklin' oat bran
- 1Â 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- Â Â Pam
Directions
- Combine flour, soda, salt and spices. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugars till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add in crushed cereal and flour mix; mix till well combined. Stir in raisins. Drop by tbsp onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 375 for 10 min. Let cold on wire rack.
