- 1 x 2 pound pkg. frzn Hash Browns
- 16 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 stk butter
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese **personal note, I like sharp the best
Directions

- Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl add in chopped onions, and mix together lowfat sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, which you have cut into cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
