Ingredients
- 2 lb Hash Browns, frzn
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
Directions
- Defrost hashbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. Put all in a 3-quart. casserole dish. Saute/fry' cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350@ for about 40 min.
