1/2 c. butter
1 jar Old English cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash white pepper
Dash Tabasco
6 ounce imitation crabmeat, minced
1 green onion, minced
2 ounce jar mushrooms, minced
1/2 jar (sm.) pimento

Directions

Heat butter and cheese. Add in remaining ingredients and spread onto split English muffin. Quarter muffins and bake at 400 degrees about 10 min just till cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.You may quarter and freeze on cookie sheet about 30 min and place in ziplock bags and freeze till ready to use.
