Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat the margarine in a large skillet and saute/fry the bell pepper and onion for 2 min. Add in the flour, lowfat milk, crabmeat, salt, and nutmeg. Cook for 10 min.
  3. Pour the crabmeat into a shallow nonstick baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake till the cheese browns, about 20 min.
