- 1/4 c. Maui onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh chives, minced
- 1/4 c. Carrot, finely shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted peppers, finely minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 1 pkt (6 ounce) frzn crab meat, cooked, liquid removed
- Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.
- Beat the cream cheese. Add in remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.
- Mix in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
