Directions

  1. Bring ingredients to room temperature. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add in crabmeat. Split English muffins in half. Frost muffins with crabmeat mix; freeze. Before cooking, cut into quarters while still frzn. Don't defrost. Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees; then broil till bubbly and crisp. Makes 48 pcs.
