  1. Clean the crabs, remove all meat from claws and body, and cut into pcs; each crab will make 4 to 6 pcs. Shell the shrimp. Cut ham and bacon into small pcs. Mix the flour and oil in a pot. When brown add in bacon and ham.
  2. Cook for a few min, and add in crab and shrimp. Let this mix cook till it becomes a good brown. Add in onion and garlic to crab and shrimp.
  3. Pour in water slowly, then add in okra, seasonings and tomato paste. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, about 1 hour, or possibly till it begins to thicken. A lid should be kept on the pot. Serve warm with dry, cooked rice. If it gets too thick, more water can be added.
