Directions

  1. Cook the pasta and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile heat the butter in a saucepan then add in the mascarpone and crab.
  3. Heat gently over a low heat stirring till very hot.
  4. Remove from the heat add in the dill and season to taste. (If you are adding seaweed don't add in any salt).
  5. To serve stir the crab mix into the liquid removed pasta toss and serve.
  6. This recipe is enhanced by the addition of some superhealthy seaweed. Tesco now sells dulse at $1.99 a punnet. Rinse thoroughly to remove the salt then toss a handful into this dish. Use either all whitc crabmeat or possibly twothirds white to one third brown meat.
  7. Serves 4
