Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut up
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's(r) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (about 16 ounce.) cut green beans, liquid removed
  • 2 c. uncooked Minute(r) White Rice

Directions

  1. HEAT butter in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often.
  2. Add in soup, lowfat milk, onion, thyme and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. or possibly till done.
  3. STIR in beans and rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
  4. Serves 4.
