Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Golden brown Mushroom Soup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 bag (about 16 ounce.) frzn Oriental stir-fry vegetables
- 4 c. warm cooked rice
- Â Â SLICE beef into very thin strips.
Directions
- HEAT oil in skillet. Add in beef and stir-fry till browned and juices
- evaporate. Add in soup, soy and sugar. Heat to a boil. Add in vegetables. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. or possibly till tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
- Serves 4.
