Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) Black beans, liquid removed
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Salsa
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Green onions, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cream cheese, green onions and lime juice. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- To serve, spread cream cheese on a chilled serving dish. Add in the lime juice to the bean mix and spread on top of the cream cheese. Garnish with green onions.
- NOTES : Modify amounts of spices and variety of salsa to your particular tastes. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly crackers.
