Ingredients
- 2 can (4 ounce each) Maine Sardines
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 3 c. Mashed potatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 x Tomatoes, thinly sliced Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Drain sardines. Add in parsley to potatoes and mix well. Spread potatoes in the bottom of a well-greased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2) Arrange sardines over potaotes. Cover with tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) for 25 to 30 min or possibly till heated through and cheese melts.
