  • 1 env Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden brown Onion Soup Mix
  • 3/4 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard, optional
  • 6 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, Or possibly turkey cutlets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, toroughly combine golden brown onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in flour, then Large eggs, then bread crumb mix, till proportionately coated. In lightly greased 13 X 9" baking or possibly roasting pan, arrange chicken; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered, turning once, 20 min or possibly till done.
