Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sage flavored bulk pork sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
  • 6 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Dash worcestershire sauce Dash warm pepper sauce Angel biscuits

Directions

  1. Crumble sausage into a large saucepan; cook over medium low heat. Add in onion; cook and stir till transparent. Drain, discarding all but 2 tbs. of drippings. Stir in flour; cook over medium low heat about 6 min or possibly till mix bubbles and turns golden brown. Stir in lowfat milk. Add in seasonings; cook, stirring, till thickened. To serve, slice biscuits and spoon gravy over halves.
