Ingredients
- 1 pkt Spice cake mix (18.5 ounce.)
- 1 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
- 8 ounce Plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 x Large eggs, Or possibly...
- 3/4 c. -Egg substitute
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 c. Finely minced apple (about 2 medium)
- 1 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or possibly old-fashioned)
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- Â Â Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan. For cake, combine first six ingredients. Blend on low speed of electric mixer till moistened; mix at medium speed 2 min. Stir in apple. Pour into prepared pan. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle proportionately over batter. Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, if you like.
