Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork, grnd
  • 1 tsp Cumin, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Sage, dry leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly grnd
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Cover and chill overnight for flavors to blend.
  2. Shape into 6 patties. Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat about 15 min or possibly till browned onboth sides and centers are no longer pink, turning occasionally.
