  1. Set aside 1 c. flour. In large pot, combine remaining flour, whole wheat flour, nuts, undissolved yeast, orange peel, and salt. Heat honey and oil till very hot - don't boil. Stir into dry mix. Stir in sufficient reserved flour to make soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface till smooth. Cover, let rest 10 min. Divide and form dough into 6 balls. Place three in each of two greased pie pans. Cover - let rise in hot place till doubled, about 30-45 min. Bake in cardboard oven at 375 for 45 min. Cover with foil during last 15 min. Cold, slice and serve.
