Directions

  1. Cook the onion, celery and green peppers in the butter for 15 min. Add in the salt, pepper, paprika, water and lowfat milk. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Just before serving, add in the cream and cheese. Heat but do not boil.
  2. Serves 8.
