- 1/2 c. brown rice baking mix, levening included
- Wheat germ (optional)

Directions
- May substitute with 1/2 cup triticale flour Or possibly 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 2 tsp of baking pwdr. Makes 2 cups pancake batter.
