This is so tasty and easy, being that its cooked in a raminkin makes it so beautiful and adds to it. It's not only healthy but nice presentation too!
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 cup finely Diced Spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon Savory Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Mix egg and cottage cheese together
- Add Spinach, Tomatoes and all herbs
- Spray Ramekin lightly
- Pour into Ramekin and bake 35 minutes
- May need to switch to Broil additional 1-2 mins
