Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (1 c. or possibly 1/2 pound)
- 12 ounce creamy 2% cottage cheese
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- Dash of salt
Directions
- Cream butter and cottage cheese together. Add in flour and salt. Mix well and cover. Chill overnight. Separate into 3 sections and roll each section out into a circle 1/8 inch thick. Cut into triangles and roll up starting with the thick end. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.Makes 36 rolls.
