  1. Add in liquid ingredients to dry ingredients (I fold cottage cheese in last). Stir together till smooth, before cottage cheese is added. I put 1 cup batter in waffle iron for about 5 min. Maybe waffle iron timing will vary. I also cool them completely and freeze them. They freeze well.
