Corny Cornbread Casserole Recipe
- 1 can Whole kernel corn
- 1 can Cream style corn
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 stk margarine, (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Dump all together in a 13X9X2 inch baking pan and blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
