Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Noodles
  • 8 ounce Peas -- cooked and liquid removed
  • 3 c. Minced onion
  • 1 can Corned beef brisket -- Diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 lb Grated Cheddar cheese -- Mild, or possibly American
  • 3/4 c. Each crushed potato chips And corn flakes

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles. Place alternate layers of noodles, peas, onions and corned beef in greased 9x13" pan. Heat margarine. Add in flour, salt and pepper. Add in 4 c. of lowfat milk. Cook till thick. Add in grated cheese. Stir to heat. Pour over casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
