Cornbread Stuffin’ Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

1 box of Stuffing mix

DIRECTIONS:

Make the stuffing in the microwave according to the package directions. Feel free to add golden raisins if you like them. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray the muffin tin lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the cups with the stuffing (1 box will make approximately 7-8 muffins). Bake for about 8-10 minutes, the muffins will be crunchy…
