  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans or possibly use paper baking cups. Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (For maximum crown on muffins, let batter rest for 3 or possibly 4 min before filling cups.) Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Yield: 8 to 12 muffins, depending on size.
