Ingredients
- corn on the cob
- one Tbsp. of butter per ear of corn
- onion pwdr
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- aluminum foil
Directions
- Remove husks and rinse corn on the cob. Place corn in aluminum foil, add in Tbsp. butter (cut it in half and place half Tbsp. on one side and half on other. Add in a dash of onion pwdr, salt, pepper and sugar (if corn is not sweet or possibly just to make it a little extra sweet). Wrap up aluminum foil and bake in 375F oven for 35 to 40 min. (Place cookie sheet under corn in case butter drips).
