Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 can Cream style corn
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 pkt (8 Ounces) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 can (Small) minced green chilies

Directions

  1. Mix together corn, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and Bisquick. Pour half of mix into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer with grated cheese and green chilies. Cover with remaining corn mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
