Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 sm. can pimientos, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cans cream style corn

Directions

  1. Mix all together and put in casserole dish or possibly 9 x 13 inch. Add in small package of sharp cheddar grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
