Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 sm. can pimientos, minced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cans cream style corn
Directions
- Mix all together and put in casserole dish or possibly 9 x 13 inch. Add in small package of sharp cheddar grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
