Ingredients

  • 2 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 box frzn minced broccoli, (10 ounce.)
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 stk margarine, softened
  • 1 ct cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Mix together and cook at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. This recipe can becombined with the white corn casserole for a delicious casserole.
