Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounce) kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can (14 3/4 ounce) cream-style corn
  • 1 pkt (8 1/2 ounce) corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till the top and edges are golden.
