Coriander Bread Recipe

• 1 c. Lowfat milk
• 3 Tbsp. Margarine
• 1/4 c. Honey
• 3 c. Unbleached bread flour
• 1/4 c. High gluten flour
• 2 tsp Dry yeast
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Grnd coriander
• 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
• 1/8 tsp Grnd ginger
• 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
• 1 x Egg (I use egg substitute)
• 1/2 Tbsp. Grated orange peel.
