Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1/3 c. molasses
- Â Â Granulated sugar
Directions
- Cream shortening, gradually add in sugar, cream till blended.
- Beat in Large eggs and molasses. Add in dry ingredients.
- Form teaspoonful of dough into small ball and roll in granulated sugar.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet, two inches apart. Bake at 350F for 12-15 min.
