Ingredients
- 1 pound loose Jimmy Dean Sausage
- 2 to 3 slices bread (cubed)
- 6-8 ounce grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 or possibly 9 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Prepare sausage; crumble and drain. Place in a glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. Layer cubed bread over sausage. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over bread (save some cheese for top).Prepare large eggs, salt and pepper and lowfat milk. Pour over cheese mix. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top. Cover and chill overnight.
- In the morning, place in a cold oven and start at 350 for 45 min. Uncover for 15 min till hard. Serves 4 to 5.
