  • 1/2 lb stew meat
  • 1 can carrots liquid removed
  • 2 sm potatoes quartered
  • 4 x beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
  • 2 c. water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Add in water and turn crock pot on LOW for 8 to 9 hrs. Thicken with a mix of flour and a little cool water, if you like. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with biscuits.
