  • 1/2 x Bushel collard greens, approximately 5 pounds
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Warm peppers
  • 1/4 c. Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Black pepper Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Take greens off stems, tear into small pcs. Wash very well, drain and rinse again. Place all ingredients in a very large pot, cover with water and cook on low for 6 hrs. Salt to taste.
  2. Yield: 6 servings
