Ingredients
- 1 lb vermicelli
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 x cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil, (1/2 to 3/4)
Directions
- Mix tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water. Blend till smooth.
- Gradually add in the extra virgin olive oil, while whisking till smooth and medium thick.
- Boil the vermicelli and drain. Cold under water and toss with sauce. Add in fresh vegetables if you like.
