Ingredients

  • 1 c. Any type of lentils salt or possibly soy sauce to taste, black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive o** (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Wive vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 x Tomatoes, minced or possibly canned
  • 2 x 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced

Directions

  1. Cook lentils in water for 30 to 45 min (no salt) Drain. Blend in other things except for tomatoes, parsley and green onions. Chill. Add in rest of the stuff. Serve cool with or possibly without har.boi.Large eggs. Yummy!!!
