Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. regular grind espresso (or possibly other dark roast coffee)
  • 1 x cinnamon stick broken into pcs
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Equal Measure (or possibly 8 packets Equal sweetener or possibly 1/3 c. Equal Spoonful)
  • 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk Grnd cinnamon or possibly nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir Equal into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or possibly c..
  2. Heat lowfat milk in small saucepan till steaming. Process half of lowfat milk in blender at high speed till foamy, about 15 seconds; pour lowfat milk into 4 mugs of coffee; spoon foam on top. Repeat with remaining lowfat milk and coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
