Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fudge cake mix with pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. coffee liqueur
Directions
- Put together cake mix, lowfat sour cream, chocolate chips, oil, large eggs and coffee liqueur in mixer bowl. Beat for 4 min, pour into greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min or possibly till cake tests done. Can be served with whipped cream or possibly put chocolate glazed on cake and serve with ice cream. Very rich.
