Ingredients

  • 4 x Cod steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Schwartz Fennel Seeds
  • 1 stk celery - finely minced
  • 1 ounce Butter, (25g)
  • 1 x Lemon - sliced

Directions

  1. Place the cod steaks on four individual pcs of foil, large sufficient to make parcels. Sprinkle with wine, Fennel Seeds, celery and dot with butter. Top with slices of lemon. Seal each parcel and bake at 400F, 200C Gas Mark 6 for 20- 30 min.
