Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add in egg, lowfat milk and molasses.
  2. Stir together flour, wheat germ, soda, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to creamed mix. Stir in coconut, walnuts and raisins.
  3. Drop by Tbsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 13 min.
  4. This recipe yields 15 cookies.
  5. Description: "A sweet and flavorful cookie, great any time of day!" Yield: 15 cookies
