This is so easy, only 5 ingredients and is delicious. Stays moist for ages too. Recipe from my lovely Aunty Jean

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180 celsius and put a medium sized loaf tin in oven to heat up. This makes a nice crust.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, take out loaf tin and grease with a little butter on bottom. Pour in batter and bake for 50 mins to one hour.
